This Lladro group HN1445 is called Springtime in Japan bySalvador Debon is a geisha girl sitting on a wooden bridge over a pond ina Japanese water garden. A second geisha girl is standing to her left and ispresenting a posy of flowers in a dish. The sitting geisha is dressed in akimono and has a large parasol over her right shoulder protecting her from thesun. The parasol is casually balanced over her shoulder by her right hand. Note the position of the parasol handle which goes behind thesitting geishas head and is quite snug when in this. The parasol willbe packed separately. Under thebridge is a water bird, possibly a crane. The flower in the sitting geishas left hand is a flower head andheld loosely by the green stem. I have not detected any repairs, cracks or scratches on thisfigurine group. However the flower to the standing girls left may be missing apetal in one of the 4 flower heads.

I cannot detect if the petal has been removed orwas never there in the first place. There does not appear to be any breaks.

Youwill have to decide(It does not look out of place). The flowers in her hair allappear to be present. The figure group is displayed on a wooden velvet. The group is 33cm(13inch) long, 28cm(11inch) high. The diameter of the parasol is 9.5cm(3.75inch). The totalweight of the group is 2.742Kgm. The photos form part of the description.
