Lladró porcelain figurine'Fifa World Cup Trophy' from the sports collection sculpted by Salvador Furió, a decorative porcelain figurine and a must have for all sports collectors. Height 36cm, 14 inch tall x 9cm wide with separate turned wooden plinth. Lladro were commissioned to produce the replicas by FIFA in 1974 following the acceptance of the new FIFA trophy designed by Bertoni of Italy. A special edition "Sport Billy", the trophy plus a footballer figure was then commissioned by FIFA to celebrate the 1978 World Cup.

These were presented to FIFA representatives, and have a special "Sporting Billy 1978" stamp to the base. Collection is also available if you so wish. There is no reserve price on this item.
