NAO by Lladro Whispering Waves BATHER Figurine Swimming

The NAO byLladró Whispering Waves Bather is a figurine featuring a girl in a swimming suit listening for waves in a shell. The figure stands at 9.5 inches tall and 4 inches long. However, on bottom (see photos) there is a couple specks of yellow that I see under a magnifying glass, perhaps from an old price tag that fell off? - I do not want to scratch at it.
